On Monday November 1st, veteran naturalist and broadcaster Sir David Attenborough will address world leaders and delegates attending COP26, in his role as the People’s Advocate.
He will lay out, in stark terms, the challenges facing our planet and the need for leaders to come together to find solutions to these challenges during COP26.
The speech is being filmed by the host broadcaster,UNFCCC, and made available to networks.
To help illustrate any reports of that speech, copyright free footage from some of Sir David’s many filming assignments around the world is being made available to broadcasters.
Much of it has never been made available to news organisations before.
