To kick-off Alibaba’s historic long-term partnership with the IOC, Alibaba Group founder, Jack Ma, and IOC President, Thomas Bach, attended the Grand Opening of the company’s Olympic Showcase in PyeongChang this weekend where the company unveiled its vision for the future Olympic Games – one operated via the cloud.
At the core of this vision is the company’s cloud computing technology which will serve as the future infrastructure backbone of the Games.
